General Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (e.g., if the product was delivered on January 1st, the return request must be raised by January 8th).
- Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind.
- Conditions for Returns:
To ensure a successful return, please adhere to the following: - The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws. Fashion products may be tried on to check fit but must still be returned in unworn condition.
- Include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories that came with the product.
- Return the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. Avoid placing tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
- Clearly indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at vantageshine@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for a cost of Rs 299/-, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
